This salad isn’t your regular side dish. It’s a meal in itself. Kale is a hardy leafy green vegetable and when it’s combined with chicken breast, walnuts, dried cranberries and ground flaxseed, this salad will definitely fill you up. The great thing about a salad is that you can improvise if you don’t have all the exact ingredients a recipe is calling for. Just find a substitution and toss it in… as long as it’s a healthy ingredient. For example, with this kale salad, if you’re not fond of dried cranberries just switch them up with currants or even cherry or grape tomatoes. Dressing: ¼ cup Olive oil 1 splash of apple cider vinegar ½ small lemon – juice and zest 1 clove garlic – minced 1 tsp of raw honey




Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve and enjoy!
