Fat Blasting Circuit

For this workout you will need a stop watch or a timer.
This circuit is designed to keep your heart rate up while toning your body from head to toe.
Beginners: perform two rounds of the circuit
Intermediate: perform three rounds of the circuit
Advanced: perform four rounds of the circuit

Take no more than 10 seconds between each exercise then rest for 5 minutes between rounds.

  1. This is a fantastic workout! I miss doing boot camp after work but your online workouts are so great and are keeping me motivated to stay in shape! Each one gets better and better!
