I am a long distance runner and know what self-motivation is all about. I had injured my back and the result wasn’t good. The injury hampered my abilities to do most things, including running which was quite discouraging to me at the time. Dave worked me back into shape through a process involving targeted core and muscle strength training. Dave’s knowledgeable, structured approach of teaching me each exercise made the whole process easy to understand and follow. He also provided me with tips on Nutrition and helped to further motivate me throughout the re-habilitation process. Dave also made the experience quite enjoyable and we took time to share some good laughs. With my back injury now gone, I am even stronger than before which has improved my long-distance running technique and race times.
