Catherine first started working in the fitness industry in 2001, while studying Exercise Science at University. After completing her degree, she went back to school to obtain a second degree in Physiotherapy with the goal of using this knowledge to enhance her personal training skills and broaden her area of expertise. Catherine’s extensive education in both disciplines allows her to design unique programs that ensure her clients are working to their full potential, without causing any bodily injuries or imbalances. Her ability to perform detailed physical assessments makes each program personalized to meet each client’s specific goals.
